The “OB  and GYN Doctors” star returns to the entertainment industry.

On November 22, photos of actor and model Ko Joo Won in Men’s Health (Korea) magazine were released to the public. The magazine photo-shoot  is the first project the 31-year-old star has completed since completing his mandatory military duty. He enlisted in November of 2010 and was discharged this month.

The photos showcased a transformation in the usual conservative Ko Joo Won.  He modeled a tough guy look with his mesmerizing gaze and muscular build. The star’s new frame is a result of  his regular exercise and diet he maintained in the military.

He plans to make his official return to the entertainment industry (possibly with a new drama) in the first half of 2013. In the meantime, you can view more images of Ko Joo Won’s Men’s Health photo-shoot in the December 2012 issue.
